Duratia (dapoxetine) is a medication used to treat premature ejaculation, while nitrates are commonly prescribed for conditions like angina and heart disease. Combining these two medications is dangerous because both have effects on blood pressure. Duratia can lower blood pressure, and nitrates are also vasodilators, which expand blood vessels and reduce blood pressure.

When taken together, the combined effect can cause a significant drop in blood pressure, leading to symptoms such as dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and even more severe cardiovascular events. Therefore, it's crucial to avoid using these medications together to prevent dangerous interactions and maintain safe blood pressure levels.
