Huge stripers in the 45" to 50" range are coming in off of the Isle of Shoals. When people can find em live mackeral are hitting out there but some guys are just floating whole herring and chumming the stripers in. The full moon tide and extra water are causing ripping currents on the out going tide and making it tough to fish, the end of the incoming has been our most productive fishing trips. Trolling 9er lures are producing a ton of fish both blues and stripers.
Tuna have been coming in off of the fingers in good numbers by trolling rigged ballyhoo squirted with Iland Lures, Jr. Ilanders. The football tuna have also been hitting on the brighter color spreader bars and fresh pogie's rigged and trolled.
The Cod and Haddock have been coming in out at the curl in really good numbers off of Norwegian jigs and pink Cod fly teasers. The southern edge of old Scantum is still producing if you don't feel like making the haul to the Curl.
